studio IDE Fatal Errors 报错 SingleRootFileViewProvider

有没有老哥遇到这个错误的,一报错很多操作都不行,比如复制黏贴 class,很烦躁
搜了一圈也没找到解决办法
有说用 Invalidate Caches/Restart 重启的,重启一下可能好一会,过一会又不行了
