在 win10 1809 下， fiddler 好像也没法给邮件应用走 ss 了？

    如题，之前还是可以的，但是好像从 170x 的时候就不行了？用了 profixer 给 fiddler 走代理也不行

    Fiddler 左上角有个 "WinConfig" 可以设置哪些 UWP 走代理。
