بالتوقيت المحلي في 15 يناير، سيول، كوريا الجنوبية، وشركة الحافلات وقوف الكثير النار. في ذلك الوقت، وموقف سيارات بارك 38 سيارة، منها دمرت تماما 30. وتشتبه الشرطة في أن سبب الحريق كان الحرق.
