vscode remote ssh 开发，跑不起来

用 vbox 装的 ubuntu18.04 以及尝试还有 debian10 。用 vscode 链接，ssh 连上了，但是运行 codeserver 返回好几行 waiting for server log，就失败了。上服务器看，好像是执行的一个 什么 .sh 文件没有，这个文件是 vscode 建立的文件夹里的，但是其实没成功，也不是权限问题，其他都有。有遇到过的吗？
如果换成 centos7，官方文档说不支持。其他还有啥呢，莫非 ubuntu 和 debian 版本太高？

后来手动下载部署上去了，但是连接成功后，显示激活扩展中，就说不能够连接窗口，找到报错如上。
