一个神奇的现象， Gank.io v2 的 API SSL 握手失败

设备：小米 8Se，MIUI11，Android 10

尝试用这款手机安装其他人开源的 App，只要是调用 v2 API ( https://gank.io/api/v2/banners )都无法正常获取数据。极少数情况下正常访问。WiFi 、蜂窝数据已排除。百度等一切都正常访问。尝试设置了 okHttp 的connectionSpecs，也无法正常访问。用 MIUI11 系统浏览器，也无法正常打开。将系统恢复出厂设置，依然错误。换用模拟器，一切正常。

错误：

javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: SSL handshake aborted: ssl=0x7a95df7ec8: I/O error during system call, Connection reset by peer

大佬们知道是啥问题不？

就是 Connection reset by peer 吧具体抓包看看？
