Application consultant (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Customer support in day-to-day business and for requests for software customization and expansion, by telephone and remote
- Close cooperation with the development department regarding customer requirements and software adaptations
- Taking over project planning and process control for software extensions and adaptations
- Recording and prioritizing of error messages
- Software support for end customers
- Conducting user training courses
Your profile:
- Distinct service and customer orientation
- Very good communication skills
- Interest in specialized software solutions
- Independent and solution-oriented work in a team
- Analytical and structured way of thinking
Microsoft Bare Metal Deployment Specialist (m/f)
Your tasks:
- Assembly and disassembly of server and storage components
- Data center supervision and monitoring
- Documentation and extension of standard processes
- Monitoring and implementation of measures for successful audits
Your profile:
- Completed technical studies or vocational training and first relevant work experience
- Experience with Microsoft technologies (server operating systems, SQL, Active Directory, Storage Spaces)
- Experience with storage and storage virtualization solutions (Brocade, HPE, EMC)
- Affinity for technology and interest in new technologies
Business Intelligence Analyst (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Further development and structuring of data warehouse and evaluation of data from the internal data warehouse
- Design of reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Adaptation of the Business Intelligence tools
- Creation of data architectures
- Implementation of data analysis and reporting
- Analysis of mass data
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, mathematics, computer science or a comparable training
- Profound knowledge in the creation of automatic reports and key figures
- Experience with Business Intelligence or statistical tools such as Power BI
