岗位

DevOps Engineer Senior/Junior 均有，看工作年限和面试结果等级

期望：

• Work closely with Core Engineering colleagues based in our London, Oxford and Philadelphia tech hubs

• Help to build Elsevier’s core cloud platform components within China, on AWS and Alibaba Cloud, balancing performance and resilience with cost

• Provide effective solutions through the applied integration of infrastructure, software, and software delivery best practices

• Work with other Elsevier technology teams to define a roadmap and integrate new regions into our global infrastructure

• Assist development teams in architecting and deploying their applications

• Help establish Elsevier’s technology teams within China – working alongside the DevOps Manager, DevOps Tooling Engineer and other local resources as required.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and perform R&D to ensure we’re using the right technologies

• The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable proficiency in all aspects of the DevOps culture, working flexibly and collaboratively within Technology and across an enterprise organization; ideally possessing direct experience as a software engineer before transitioning into infrastructure and build engineering. They would also:

• Be interested in working for a global organization known for doing great things around the world.

• Possess a desire to work within an advanced tech stack surrounded by a brilliant set of technologists.

• Want to be a key player in our open-engaging-collaborative-Agile team.

一般经验要求：

• python 比较熟练
• Ansible
• Terraform
• 熟悉 CI/CD
• 熟悉阿里云 /AWS
• K8S 经验

面试一般有一轮国外老板面，所以对英文有要求，最起码能听懂。

薪资福利：

• 这个岗位 20k-40k 不等，看经验和面试表现

• 不打卡不加班，工作时间很弹性，可以在家办公，在家办公可以申请显示器等设备。晚上偶尔需要开会，一周 1-2 次

• 入职 15 天年假，20 天封顶。带薪病假十来天。

• 2 万商业医保，看病基本上不用自己花钱

• 顶配 MacBook Pro，俩显示器。

• 其他零碎福利一年 10k 左右吧，主要是几个节日发的一些福利。

我可能描述的不够清楚，造成一定误解，不好意思，在这边声明一下：

可以在家办公指的是：当前公司政策允许在家办公，这个需要向自己直属上司申请，申请一般都是能通过的。但不代表以后（明年或后年或）一定可以长期在家办公，政策可能有变化，我没法保证这个，我只能说当前是可以的。如果因为想长期远程工作的话，我没法保证公司一直允许这样，希望理解。

@hanangellove 对，一般读研的话接触这个公司的产品比较多，论文出版是主要产品之一，柳叶刀还有 Cell 都是旗下的期刊。其他的岗位招 Data Scientist 还有前端后端开发，只不过前后端开发招的 level 比较高，超出我的等级了，你要是感兴趣我可以帮你推一下。

@impl 当前是可以在家办公的，有的同事就长期在南京办公。疫情之后也不好说，不敢保证以后需不需要一直在公司办公。
