centos7 系统 hp gen 系列服务器，两块 ssd 做了 raid1，如何远程查看硬盘是否损坏？

如果损坏其中一块，正确方式应该是如何换新硬盘上去？直接热拔下坏的 ssd，插上新的 ssd 就行？不需要提前格式化新硬盘吧？
