不限语言的话，基本组件 ICU 里面的 Transliteration 相关
有 ICU 绑定就能用 这个是 Java 的例子： http://www.avajava.com/tutorials/lessons/how-do-i-convert-chinese-characters-to-their-latin-equivalents.html 当然了这个还是太复杂了，如果就是为了生成 slug 的话，其实没啥必要 |
