请教一个抓取卫星图的问题

我想从这个网站https://shaanxi.tianditu.gov.cn/zhfw/抓取区域卫星图。

通过浏览器 F12 分析得到瓦片地址：

https://shaanxi.tianditu.gov.cn/ServiceSystem/YouMap/rest/service/SxImgMap/token/TileServer/tile/15/9571/52348

通过浏览器直接访问这个地址提示服务未获授权，即用户和服务没有关联

这是什么原理。瓦片地址里也没有 token 之类的信息啊。

小白一只，各位不要嘲笑。
