ssh 连不上服务器，怎么检查

我 ssh 连不上服务器，但是找了另一个人试了一下，他可以连上去，那应该是我这边的问题？我要怎么检查呢？

ssh: connect to host xx.xx.xx.xx port 22: Connection timed out

试过把代理关了，用自己手机流量，都不行

然后我 ssh 我自己的一台云服务器，又是正常的，我凌乱了，到底是哪的问题
