最近我在 clash for win 全局 us(Oregon)+edge 隐私窗口 环境下使用 google voice 注册美区 PayPal ，提示我"Sorry, it can’t be a VoIP number." 这让我开始怀疑 gv 能否继续注册美区 PayPal ，但我还没有在路由器全局 us 模式下尝试过。有朋友遇到过相同情况吗？
或者说，有无曲线救国方式？（完成外区注册，使得能在 AppStore 消费）

google voice 是虚拟电话，即提示所说的 voip ，这类号码被禁止注册金融服务，你得有实体卡才行。
