Responsibility
1.Coordinate and collaborate closely with engineering, marketing and community on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization internally and manage scrum process
2.Build product strategy and drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including but not limited to product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development
3.Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, user data, and issues
Requirements:
1.Strong project management skill ，Proven experience scaling product and overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
2.Demonstrable knowledge in smart contracts and blockchain tech stack. Background in engineering is a plus
3.Excellent communication skills and highly effective cross-functional team management.Strong product sense.Fluent in English and Chinese
