最近访问网站和本地 web 开发的时候偶尔会出现资源无法加载的情况，检查控制台发现是 blocked by CORS policy ，是不是 chrome 新版本出现的 BUG?

协议、网址、端口只要有一个不一样就算跨域

Chrome 版本越高对跨域的限制越多，特别是 iframe 之类的
