求助， vps 重装系统后，硬盘空间变小了

我买的 cloudpowerall 的 vps ，硬盘空间是 20G 。但是重装系统后，硬盘空间只有 3.67G ，各位知道是什么原因吗？

我提交了工单，客服回复如下：

我：Why did the hard disk space shrink after reinstalling the system?

instead of the previous 20G?

客服：Hi,

Check your service with vnc, it looks like it is not installed completely.

客服的回复我看不太懂。
