[ What you'll be doing:]
1 、As an engineering leader you will help NVIDIA build, coach, and organize the team while driving the execution toward firm deliverables, negotiating requirements and deriving solutions and proposals, both with internal and external stakeholders.
2 、Develop engineering capabilities in China to work closely with our customers for crisp execution of projects.
3 、Lead the analysis of customer software and systems requirements.
4 、Drive the planning and response and subsequent execution of projects through shipment of product.
5 、Achieve functional, performance and quality targets for projects.
6 、Guide your engineering team to acquire skills, train on new technologies for validation and simulation to automotive solutions.
7 、Anticipate bottlenecks, mitigate project risks, make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
8 、Work to constantly improve team productivity, refine agile processes, and create methods to increase efficiency by driving continuous improvement.
9 、You are able to present and demonstrate NVIDIA technology, road maps and project status to customers, and to cultivate strong relationship to key engineering stakeholders that builds confidence, alignment and cooperative execution.
[ What we need to see:]
1 、BS (or MS preferred) degree from a top university in Engineering in a relevant discipline. (Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering /Automotive).
2 、5+ years of experience in management role.
3 、5+ years in Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) or Autonomous driving experience.
4 、Extensive experience working with/for Tier 1 or Automotive OEMs building entire ADAS software stack.
5 、Demonstrable skills as leader, coach and mentor, decision maker and nimble adapter to change in a fast-innovative segment.
6 、Proven track record of meeting aggressive schedules, defining deliverables and timetables, with demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities in complex environments and manage teams to successful project completion.
[ Ways to stand out from the crowd:]
1 、Automotive validation tools, including SIL/HIL.
2 、Understanding of DNNs, CNNs nets, supervised and unsupervised learning, and optimization techniques is a plus.
3 、Work experience in sensor fusion, mapping, localization, planning, control, etc.
