tautology（赘述；同义反复）：指用不同或重复的词表达同一个意思，造成内容上“重复说了一遍”，在写作或逻辑表达中常被认为不够精炼（但有时也可用于强调）。在逻辑学里也指“永真式”（在任何情况下都为真的命题）。
