以下是对信息的补充
在台式机上使用，修改了镜像源为清华时不能使用，改成浙大镜像源后可使用 apt-get 更新
并且在测试时发现，可以 ping 通 baidu 主机 清华和浙大镜像源
所以现在的问题貌似是网络可以 ping 通，但是无法获取相应资源，请问这是怎么一回事呢？
