@nthin0 #12 我 18 年折腾美区 PayPal 绑定美区 Apple ID ，搞了一个多星期，两边客服都是相互踢皮球，最后忘记是怎么绑上了，后面支付的时候也容易风控，自从绑定 ITIN 后就好点了

@nthin0 #8 在 Apple Store 那个 app 也能买，把地区设置成美国，然后搜 gift card ，调用 apple pay 付款（只支持非大陆卡）
