@ZanGVVB 拿不到赔偿的话，不签，到时候直接仲裁。至少深圳仲裁委会免费安排律师协助，我三年前就是公司以绩效为由开始降我薪，我第二天就给公司寄了被迫解除劳动合同通知，不去上班等仲裁了。不过如果你能拿全额赔偿就拿吧，仲裁也就给你个赔偿而已。
