@liudon #24 #26 刚才搞了 100 刀, 是招商全币种 visa 卡, 可以购买了. 我一开始用的账单地址是国外随机出来的, 结果始终通不过, 然后就用的国内地址, 但是我用的英文, 电话也是国内手机号, 然后就成功了
