在旧盘执行 chkdsk 后,mft 和 mft mirror 废了，只有格式化了。

使用 diskgenius 进行磁盘复制到新盘，再使用 testdisk 恢复 boot sector，重启后 mft 和 mft mirror 也自动恢复了，diskgenius 下能显示所有文件了，还剩下解决文件结构损坏，windows 下无法打开分区的问题了。
