我用 vscode 插件开 goal 也会遇到这个问题，本来 5.6 sol max 做得好好的，goal 结束了继续追问明显会发现回答得很快，而且会有旧模型才会产生的幻觉或者指令遵循问题，切到 ultra 才重新回到高智商的感觉

@Sezxy 之前配过全局的规则，但是内网的域名众多，到最后就是自己维护一个 list ，感觉有点麻烦😭

是不是被降智了，我体感上 gpt5.4 回复的详细程度薄纱 gemini 3.1 pro 了，特别是开了发散思考，每次思考都在 3-4 分钟，经常给我我自己都想不到的角度
