如果舊手機能配對到最新的資料。先回去跟舊手機配對。
確保舊手機跟新手機的 iOS 版本好都是最新的。再從舊手機解除配對（解除配對時 watch 會上傳一份新的備份到 icloud)
之後再跟新手機配對，應該就可以從 icloud 還原到最新的備份。
