vscode 界面上是否有浏览的前进返回按钮

我现在是用 alt+left 和 alt+right ，但是文件切换一般用鼠标，界面上没有按钮不方便

网上有个 gif 里面的 vscode 可以做到，但我调不出来，请教各位大侠
