求解，拖拽锁定，不能夸 app

    困扰很长时间的问题了，拖拽任何文件都被锁定，也不能拖到任意 app ，例如拖图片到 wx ，只能按 esc 取消拖拽，ps 里拖图层也被锁定。 出现这个问题只能重启。 求解 gif
