MySQL 語法兼容的 WASM 實現

先提一下 MIST

Java 有 H2 可以在 Unit test 中測試 sql, 但 golang 中好像沒有
於是我想要 tidb 的 parser 做個 golang 版本的

後來想著, 如果能在 target wasm, 在網頁裡執行, 豈不美哉?
