    iOS8.3，没有越狱过，也没装过奇怪的证书，曾经用过 iTools，iOS 的通知中心今日里头不知道什么时候多了个 Up Next 的项目，激活后也没有任何功能和界面

    试着在 App Store 找了下都没找到。

    建议还原所有数据。
