主要是做 SPA 单页应用吧，所以如果有现成的 UI 空间可以用，就比较好了。目前的项目对表格控件（ Grid/Table，阅览和操作后端数据库 CRUD ）的要求比较高，需要 Grid 控件支持很多属性和方法，不然的话还得二次开发把功能加上去。
团队能力的话，目前结合 jQuery 和 Angular 用比较合适吧。

推荐国内的 Ant Design Pro 或者飞冰，免费 + 快速开发。前提是需要了解 React，国外的话暂时没有了解过。
