macOS Mojave DB 4 导致所有第三方 App 丢失辅助功能权限

包括 Alfred, Keyboard Maestro 在内，不停地要求辅助功能权限，但我已在辅助功能权限里添加并勾选它们了。不知道是不是个例。

Keyboard Maestro 官方给了解决方案：

> ...the only way to run the Keyboard Maestro Engine.app with accessibility permissions in beta 4 is to copy the Keyboard Maestro Engine.app out of the bundle and launch it manually. Note that Keyboard Maestro (editor) will relaunch the “ correct ” version of Keyboard Maestro Engine every time it is launched, so you will have to relaunch the Keyboard Maestro Engine.app each time you launch Keyboard Maestro.app.

不是个例，Keyboard Maestro 论坛已经发帖明确说不要「升级」到 DP4。

Alfred 没有遇到问题。KM 确实已经 GG 了，KM 官方的解释里面“ you will have to relaunch the Keyboard Maestro Engine.app each time you launch Keyboard Maestro.app. ”，说明了 DP4 中用 KM 最蛋疼的情况。
