mac上什么文本编辑器可以支持ANSI中文编码？

    win上记事本编辑的文档默认是ANSI编码
    用textwrangler之类的工具编辑，中文都是乱码
    有什么编辑器是支持ANSI中文的？mac自带的文本编辑功能太弱不想用

    免费的话 TextWrangler 可以。
