Goog Play 应用被下架问题

我们有一下 APP ，App store 没有问题，在 google play 上以前也没有问题，但前几天被下架了。
反馈的问题是：
Publishing status: Removed
Your app was removed from Google Play and won’t be available to users until you submit a policy compliant update.
Reasons of violation
Eligibility issues by versions
Version(s) Eligibility Issue

App Bundle:25 APK REQUIRES VALID PRIVACY POLICY​
Your app is uploading users' images and video information without posting a privacy policy in both the designated field in the Play Developer Console and from within the Play distributed app itself.

我们重新写了隐私政策，重新上架还是一样的原因被拒了，请问一下大家是怎么回事，有没有人熟悉这个问题，解决一下这个问题，相关的报酬请报个价。

让我想起几天前的新闻：著名 Android 开源 app 开发者 M66B ，因被 play 下架，宣告彻底退出开源 app 开发。
据说 google 那边反馈很难得到非机器人的答复

谢谢上面各位了。Google 下架太黑盒子了，基本都是机器人回复处理，苹果还好一些，都能找到人工服务。
