试了手头上的瓦工和甲骨文，这两家都被 access denied 了，返回 1020 错误码。

你要看 vps 的地区，我腾讯云的服务器也能用，选的硅谷 CN2 专线延迟也不高，我自己还搭了机场，不建议选亚州地区，chatgpt 好像日本都不让访问了。
