部分恢复了？有些 IP 能用广州出口，其他的不行。120.232.235.1 和 120.232.0.0/16 似乎可以，120.231.0.0/16 和 120.196.0.0/16 就不行。移动在搞什么玩意。大概是你运气比较好，分配到了能使用广州出口的 IP 。

@TWSF 223.120.2.9 ，看这个落地路由的延时。以前这个落地路由广州到香港就多个 3~5ms 而已。

香港路由以前落地是 223.120.2.101 ，现在这个不通了。变成 223.120.2.9 了。什么时候香港落地路由变回以前 10ms （广东省 ping ），广州出口就算好了。
