如果没有病理性的问题,那应该可以从饮食上进行调整,可以简单饮食,水煮食材,烫熟后用大蒜、洋葱、醋、盐、黑胡椒伴一下。膳食纤维以白菜、包菜、上海青为主,蛋白质选择牛羊猪肉,每天 300+克的肉类,选择肉质偏肥一些、碳水以凉米饭为主(增加抗性淀粉,喂养肠道菌群),我大概是两周左右有明显改善,中间还会穿插酸白菜等发酵食品。
口服维生素 b 族,外用润唇膏。但我在抖音学的小妙招,是用煮熟鸡蛋里面的那层白膜贴在嘴唇上,裂口长的巨快,也可能是心里作用哈哈哈
