@xiajiebuhui #7 终端执行 crontab -e 进入编辑页面，把 `0 * * * * killall bird && killall cloudd` 写进去就好

@gpt5 #1 kill iCloud 的进程可以恢复同步：`killall bird && killall cloudd`，写到 crontab 自动执行可以确保同步不卡住
