@gulugulu233 唉，哥，如果字节是后端，而且部门 1085 的作息，我肯定无脑字节了，这个客户端劝退的太多了，而且很多感觉真真假假的信息，导致我也很难判断。不过哥问你个事儿，虾的年假和病假都好请么？请多了会低绩效么？

@tonytonychopper 前辈，我是担心字节内部转也困难，而且转了的话，客户端开发的经验并不能给我什么帮助，职业生涯相当于浪费了至少一年。譬如别人后端进去的可能 1~2 年升 2-1 ，我转的话在字节得 2~3 年才升 2-1 了

@yinxs2003 但是虾皮也末尾淘汰 10%，然后字节那个部门是 1085 不打卡，虾皮是 9.30 7 5 打卡，其实时长是差不多的
