我当前 firefox 版本是 63.0 (64-bit),在 Preferences-Network Settings 里设置里勾选 Enable DNS over HTTPS,URL 填:https://1.1.1.1/dns-query
network.trr.mode (通过 about:config 修改)设置为 2
可以正常访问互联网了

建议直接看 python 官方文档( https://docs.python.org/3/index.html),
学会利用搜索引擎(Google 更佳),学会看英文文档.很多 Python 的第三方库,文档都是英文的.
