按我了解到的, onDidSaveTextDocument 是基于 file save 命令的,
但是如果文件没有发生变化,即使执行了 file save, 也不会回调到 onDidSaveTextDocument.
我希望无论文件有无变化, 只要触发了 file save 就给我已经回调, 应该如何实现
