因为这个浏览器之前正常访问过这个网站，而这个网站返回的 header 里面有设置 HSTS ，可以手动去 chrome://net-internals/#hsts 清理对应的 HSTS 缓存，或者直接在页面空白处输入 thisisunsafe 就可以了。
