转自己的卡被冻要分情况，现在银行会监控一些可疑账户，如果你有大额资金要转去这些账户，你的账户就被冻结。对于被骗的人来说这是非常好的，但对于偶有的误杀，那可能也是很操蛋，之前有某个个体户别人给他打款，账户被冻了，因为这个个体户是风险账户，逼得他上网自证清白
