还有，尽量降低 AI 在这个过程的参与。看起来 AI 帮助提效了，但对于个人的文章，反而会影响脑部神经连接的形式。那些应付的文章，用 AI 写写就得了，因为对方也用 AI 解读。

为了孩子就更不应该回来了。还有，我觉得精英教育出来的朋友，应该能意识到能不能“成才”真的看个人。即使你把他/她拉回来，不还是对其有期望吗？这种期望反而容易变成失望。只要孩子健康、快乐，你俩好好干，有兜底就行了。

别想着找工具，不然你最后会成为工具控。意识到这个事情，就慢慢调整好了。首先是隔绝触发习惯的信号。比如压力大了就打开短视频这个行为，换成压力大了就蹦蹦跳跳一下。
