@zhawuwx 建议重点 flutter （不要让别人觉得你学的杂，学的不精），其次 flutter 相关面试八股，找一家小公司应该不难。最后，不要拘泥于本地，建议往外走走（市场大点）。

@soilzhu 这就要看你目标地有没有 hc 。薪资这方面不大清楚，参照大厂的薪酬算，个人猜测可能地点不同薪酬体系有差一点。
