自带的，挺好用的。晚上把闹钟设置好睡眠模式之后，就不会有提醒了。白天普通就会每小时 50 分钟的时候提醒，如果开了专注模式，记得把健康加入到例外 App 就不会影响提醒。
好像只有 UGC 崩了，PGC 没有问题
